Feel at home in our well-equipped comfort apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom).
Located centrally in the Baden-Baden Rebland, it offers a wide range of sports and cultural activities, with excellent infrastructure.
 The approximately 50 m² apartment will impress you with its amenities.
For your comfort, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with Netflix, a double bed, a sofa bed, a rain shower, a hairdryer, a balcony, and a free parking space on the property.

How is the apartment laid out?

• Bedroom with a double bed (Queen size, 1.40 x 2.0 m)
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
• Kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (filter and pods), refrigerator, counter (2 seats), and dining area (4 seats)
• Living room with sofa bed and TV (Netflix, Internet TV)
• Balcony with 2 seats

To get to the kitchen, you need to walk through the living room. Please note this if a fellow traveler plans to sleep on the sofa bed.

What do I need to know about check-in?

• You can check in contactlessly. The front door can be opened via an electronic door lock using a code.
  You will receive this code shortly before your arrival.
• The apartment door is opened with a key, which will be in the lock of the apartment door upon your arrival.
  You will also find a key for the front door here.
• The front door can therefore be opened either with the code or manually using the key.
• Please note that access will only be enabled from the check-in time on the arrival day.
  Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
   Check-out time: by 11:00 AM

Where can I find my parking space?

A free parking space is available on the property. The parking space is located in the yard BEHIND the house.
Please park in the designated area to ensure that the neighbors have access to their property.
 Additionally, there are free public parking spaces along the street next to the house.

Who uses the balcony, and how is access provided?

The balcony, which belongs to the accommodation, is exclusively for you and your fellow travelers.
 Access is via the shared staircase. There is no direct access to the balcony from the apartment.

I am bringing a small child – what amenities can I expect?

Baby travel crib
We have a travel crib, including bedding, for your baby or toddler, and we are happy to provide it.
Please contact us if you need it, and we will prepare the crib for you.

High chair
If you need a high chair during your stay, we can also provide this.
Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

What is the surrounding area like?

The apartment is located in the center of Steinbach, a district (suburb) of Baden-Baden. Its central location provides good connections to public transport and is close to the shops in the town. Please note that you may also hear noises from the surrounding area (street, shops, church). A church is located about 100 meters away. There is also a small bakery next to the apartment, which opens early in the morning. The bread and rolls are delicious, so don’t miss out on trying them! ;-) To reduce background noise, soundproof windows have been installed in the apartment. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the vineyards, which invite you to wonderful walks and hikes!
