In what area is the apartment located?
The apartment is located in the center of Steinbach, a district (suburb) of Baden-Baden. The central location in town ensures good connections to public transport and the proximity to the shops in town. Please note that you will therefore also hear noises from the environment (street, shops, church). There is a church about 100 m away. There is also a small bakery next to the apartment, which starts working early in the morning. The breads and buns are delicious so don't miss to try them! ;-) In order to counteract the background noise, windows with soundproofing were installed in the apartment.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the vineyards, which invite you to wonderful walks and hikes!
What do I have to pay attention to when check-in?
You can check-in contactless with us. The front door can be opened via an electronic door lock using code. You will receive this code just before your arrival.
Please note that access will be released not before check-in time on the day of arrival.

Where can I find my parking space?
On the grounds of the property there is a free parking. There are also free public parking on the road along the house.
Who uses the balcony and how does the access take place?
The balcony, which belongs to the apartment, is used exclusively by you and your fellow travelers.
Access takes place via the common staircase. There is no direct access from the apartment to the balcony.
I bring a toddler with me - which equipment can I expect?
Please treat our apartment with respect. We have renovated the apartment with a lot of love and passion and equipped it for you. So please keep it clean, treat the equipment with care and leave everything that belongs to the apartment here.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the night, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Only the number of guests agreed upon during booking is permitted to stay in the property.
Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
Please ensure that all appliances are used properly and turned off when not in use.
